Seeking Intern for Summer on Stage!

PAC seeks a theatre-oriented college student or young professional at least 19 years old for a paid internship assisting our lead teachers for the Summer on Stage program. The person in this position will assist teachers, act as assistant director, and provide support to Conservatory's artistic director in program oversight. Major responsibilities include classroom administration, box office and production support, and student supervision before, during and after camp hours. Additionally, candidate has opportunity to provide technical theatre design and support to production. To be considered for the position, candidate must be available for the entirety of the following time commitment:

July 7-23, 9:00am to 5:00pm

July 28-August 13, 9:00am to 5:00pm

To apply, please submit the following:

1. Personal statement of at least 250 words describing applicant's current areas of concentration in theatre study, expectations of the internship, and how the internship relates to theatre goals.

2. Current resume, including educational experience

3. Two letters of recommendation from persons competent to judge applicant's character, skills, work habits, and probable success in areas of concentration (please include reference contact information). 

Applicants seeking academic credit for their internship must complete the necessary requirements through their sponsoring college or university. Artistic Director will manage evaluations, paperwork and other necessary details. 

Maximum stipend payment available for qualified candidate is $1,000.
